- Improve lead generation processing while reducing physical number of repeat
- An integrated telemarketing system feeding contacts to the sales process and
receiving information on current customer activity was developed.
After meeting the representatives in the telemarketing, sales and office management staff,
Helios analysis identified key areas for process improvement. The analysis results
were translated into a staged development project addressing each of the key business
Using off-the-shelf software, Helios analysts formulated an automated dial, telemarketing
system that accepted customer data from a variety of sources. The data was distributed to
a call queue via manual processes to each telemarketer. Successful contact information was
identified as a telemarketing lead source generating an automated borrower file in the
loan origination software, as well as a paper
lead document. Record aging was introduced, reducing the physical contact attempts. Upon
the completion of the borrowers transaction, related information was redistributed
to the telemarketing system, aging the file for future contact purposes.
